Hi, I’m Jen — providing Strategic Business Support for the VCSE Sector.

I’m based in East Sussex, with 20 years-experience of working in almost every part of the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector - including administration, marketing, fundraising, management, HR, senior leadership and trusteeship.

I have been a CEO myself and know the lonely road it can be at times. The highs are higher, but there are things that keep you awake at night that nobody else can really share. 

I specialise in supporting CEOs, directors, and senior leaders in charities, community organisations and social enterprises and have a solid background in infrastructure support.

I understand the unique pressures of the VCSE world: limited resources, complex stakeholder relationships, governance responsibilities, and the constant need to balance strategic vision with operational reality. We are in a particularly uncertain landscape at the moment and that bit of extra support can make all the difference.

My role is to bring structure, clarity, and dependable support to your working life. I’m proactive, organised, and operate with integrity and transparency. My clients value my professional approach, my ability to simplify complexity, and my commitment to helping them lead with confidence.

I have a good network of local contacts but am also set up to offer remote strategic support for anyone across the UK.
